Hope you had as much fun as I did putting together your first smoothie to help you lose weight and your first green smoothie with which to energize yourself for your new physically active and healthy life. Maybe you want to grab another smoothie because if you’re new to all of this, you’ll need some brain power as I begin proposing how you can go about putting together some exercise strategies to help you lose it all. Rest assured, as in you’ll have plenty of time to rest and recuperate, and as in relax, I know what some of you are going through because I’ve been there and done that.
Trying to lose weight and then figuring out how to put together exercise plans, correct eating habits and making your own smoothies for weight loss goals can be pretty frustrating in the beginning. In this health and fitness regime, patience is the name of the game. Hardcore discipline is required too. Because as you know from how you might be feeling right now and I can tell from personal experience, making the change from being typically obese and sedentary, doing nothing other than watch TV over weekends and at night, eating junk, to being continuously preoccupied and active, on your feet for most of the day, is quite a radical paradigm shift.

Another reason why many women fail when trying to lose weight and get back in the saddle where fitness is concerned is because they try to do too much. They buy an expensive pair of running shoes and truly awesome looking singlets and shorts, all in the name of vanity and never in the interest of their good health, and go blasting around the corner on their first Olympian run. By the time they’ve reached the next corner, they’ve given up, huffing and puffing for oxygen. First try out brisk walking and wear nothing fancy other than your favorite comfy outdoor clothes, a good sunhat and pretty decent walking shoes.
